Massive Audio would like to warn you about online sellers that claim to be authorized dealers of Massive Car Audio products. Massive Audio does not have ANY 3rd party online resellers. www.massiveaudio.com is the only Authorized online outlet for our products.

Massive Audio further more does not authorize or have knowledge of any of its products on sold on EBay. Products not purchased through a Massive Audio authorized storefront will not be covered by under any warranty and will not be repaired or replaced without applicable charges to the customer. Just because a website or EBay auction has product on their site or they say they are authorized does not mean they are an authorized Massive Audio Dealer.

When purchasing from Massive Audio's official website we always recommend and encourage the delivery to an Authorized storefront for professional installation. This will extend your warranty from 90 days to 2 Years!

We receive many complaints from customers for "not as promised equipment" or "out of stock after purchase was made", If you have purchased from any of these on-line companies please understand we have no control over their marketing and sales practices.
