MASSIVE AUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR LIMITED WARRANTY EXCEPTION PRODUCTS

 

The following products have a limited warranty to the extreme nature of their operation. 

All Massive Audio products are bench tested before shipping to verify their perfect working order. 

Customers returning the following products will require an RA number directly from Massive Audio 323-262-2262 

Any of these high performance products listed below that have been diagnosed with "Burnt PCB's" or "Burnt voice Coils" due to electrical damage, operating beyond designed limitations or improper installation will be subject to repair or replacement chargers.
