Massive Audio factory warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through:

Products purchased from unauthorized dealers, unauthorized websites, unauthorized online resellers, or third-party marketplace sellers may be:

  • Gray market products
  • Used or previously installed products
  • Altered or counterfeit products
  • Products obtained outside of Massive Audio’s authorized distribution network

As a result, products purchased from unauthorized sources are not eligible for Massive Audio factory warranty coverage.

This includes purchases made through third-party marketplace unauthorized sellers on platforms such as:

  • Amazon Marketplace
  • eBay
  • Walmart Marketplace
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Other unauthorized online marketplaces or reseller websites

Proof of purchase from an Authorized Massive Audio Dealer may be required for all warranty claims.

What To Do If You Need Warranty Service

Defective merchandise should first be returned to the Authorized Massive Audio retailer from which it was originally purchased within the retailer's return period.

If you purchased directly from www.massiveaudio.com or an authorized retailer and if direct return service is required, please CONTACT US to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product.

Please:

  • Package defective items securely to prevent shipping damage
  • Include a copy of the original sales receipt
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package
  • Return only defective components whenever possible
  • CONTACT US to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any product

Packages received without an authorized RMA number may be refused.

Freight must be prepaid. COD shipments or freight collect packages will not be accepted.

Non-defective items returned for inspection may be returned freight collect.

Failure to follow these procedures may void warranty eligibility.

What Is Not Covered?

This warranty applies only to products purchased from an Authorized Massive Audio Dealer and used for their intended purpose.

The following are not covered under warranty:

  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party resellers
  • Products purchased through unauthorized marketplace sellers
  • Gray market or diverted products
  • Counterfeit or altered products
  • Improper installation or damage caused during installation
  • Burnt voice coils
  • Torn, punctured, or cut speaker surrounds
  • Damage to circuit boards
  • Damage caused by moisture, excessive heat, chemicals, or UV exposure
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents
  • Amplifier clipping or distortion damage
  • Products repaired or modified by unauthorized service centers
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or barcode labels
  • Freight or shipping damage
  • Shipping costs to Massive Audio
  • Products returned without an RMA number
  • Labor charges related to removal or reinstallation
  • Return shipping on non-defective items
  • Products listed on the Massive Audio Warranty Exclusion List

Warranty Service Time

Massive Audio strives to complete warranty service within approximately 1 week from the date products are received. Service times may vary depending on parts availability and replacement inventory.

International Warranty

For warranty service outside the United States, please contact your local Massive Audio distributor or authorized international retailer for country-specific warranty procedures and policies.

Warning

Warranty coverage is limited solely to the product itself. Massive Audio is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including labor, removal, reinstallation, or freight expenses.

Massive Audio products are capable of producing sound pressure levels exceeding 120dB. Prolonged exposure to high sound levels may result in hearing damage. Massive Audio, Inc. is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of its products.
